Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. Growth and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial.
Is there a commission on guest orders?
No. DishGate never takes a percentage of your food sales. You pay the flat monthly subscription and keep everything guests pay you.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Starter?
Your data is preserved. If you exceed Starter limits (e.g. more than 20 items), existing items remain but you cannot add new ones until you upgrade again.
Do you support Arabic menus?
Yes. DishGate supports English, Arabic, French, and Spanish for both the menu content and the admin dashboard UI. Arabic renders right-to-left automatically.
What is AR dish preview?
Augmented Reality preview lets your guests point their phone camera at their table and see a 3D model of a dish placed on it — before they order. You upload a .glb file (Android + 3D viewer) and a .usdz file (iPhone AR). No app download required.
