We want you to be confident subscribing to DishGate. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Our Starter plan is free forever, and paid plans include a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate DishGate before any charge.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge — no questions asked. Email Contact@dishgate.com from your account email with your account name, and we will arrange the refund.
3. How payments & refunds are processed
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which is the Merchant of Recordfor your purchase. Charges and refunds appear on your statement via Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Renewals & cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund the remainder of a current period after the 14-day window, unless required by law.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
5. What is not refundable
- Requests made more than 14 days after a charge (outside any statutory right below).
- Renewal charges after you have already used the service for that period, where you did not cancel in time.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or abuse.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law that applies to you. Consumers in the EU, UK, and certain other regions may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. Our14-day money-back guarantee is intended to meet or exceed those rights. Where a longer or different right applies to you by law, that right prevails.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at Contact@dishgate.com — we will usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account pending resolution.
